the line consists of:
a) 1 automatic overturnable mixer: after the flour is mixed (10 - 12 minutes), the hopper lifts up and the dough is put into the sheeter-kneader hopper
b) the sheeter-kneader produces rolls of laminated pasta rolled in rolls, width mm. 500, thickness mm. 5
c) the forming machine provides pelmeni production, the filling system is continuous.
After these operations, pelmeni can be pasteurized (or frozen) and then packaged, we also have machines suited to perform these operations,at the best prices on the market, as always !
The machines above described are completely rebuilt, guaranteed one year, as CE and USDA standards. Electrical equipment 220/380V - 3 phases - 50/60 Hz.
